Wow! What an unbelievable news day!

First off -Looks like the Democrats are finally growing a set of balls. After three-and-a-half years of whimpering and brown-nosing, someone is finally calling the HEADS of this ungodly administration to task. Apparently the recently discovered EMAIL that disclosed an 18 BILLION DOLLAR CONFLICT OF INTEREST was finally enough to roust the Dems from their long slumber. Now Congress is screaming for an INDEPENDENT COUNCIL to look into alleged improprieties between Mr. Cheney and his PREVIOUS EMPLOYER, HALLIBURTON, INC. Looks like the "smoking gun" has appeared in the shape of an email. Too bad for Mr. Cheney. Not even Mr. Tenet's resignation is enough to divert attention from this fiasco. (Please see animation)

....And then there's our Fearless Leader, the self-styled "War President", George W. Bush, about to be called before a Grand Jury investigating the TREASONOUS outing of UNDERCOVER CIA OPERATIVE, VALERIE PLAME. It seems that witnesses (that's more than one!) have directly implicated Mr. Bush as having "been aware", and "done nothing about", the leaking of Ms. Plame's identity to Robert Novak.... Looks to me like Mr. Bush has some 'splainin' to do.

Earlier this week, Mr. Bush again compared his "War On Terra" with
World War 2. What a prize asshole!

Yeah, it's like WW2 alright, only THIS TIME the roles are REVERSED. THIS TIME it's the US acting like NAZI GERMANY, invading a sovereign Nation that was no threat to anyone, torturing and murdering thousands of innocent civilians, and conspiring to steal their treasure. World War 2, right.

And Iraq continues to unravel at an ever-quickening pace. Yesterday, The Kurds ended a 5-YEAR CEASE FIRE with the Turks. Simultaneously, the Syrians began a crackdown on their local Kurdish population.

And the House of Saud looks to be going the way of the Shah of Iran. That means the price you pay at the pump is headed nowhere but UP... As the price of fuel CONTINUES TO ESCALATE, SO WILL THE PRICE OF ALL GOODS AND SERVICES. So say hello to INFLATION folks, it's just a coupla blocks away.

....And a report on the economy yesterday shows an increase in the amount of SERVICE JOBS, among an overall DECLINE IN THE NUMBER OF JOBS....

Can you say, "Do you want fries with that burger?"

Anyway, dear readers, I can only hope that this is the beginning of the end for this most egregious and malodorous of administrations. And if Justice is to be served, this entire gang of Murderers and Thieves will wind up being indicted, first at HOME, and then at the HAGUE.

There is still hope for America!

We've been bloodied and beaten, but we're not dead yet. We're a hardy lot, considerably tougher and smarter than this pack of jackals, and their Talking-Head, blow-dried minions on FAUX NEWS would care to believe.

....And in the "I thought he was dead" Department: Pat Boone was on O'Reilly, and I'm pretty sure the man has lost function in several important neurons. He was whining that CBS shouldn't have aired the Abu Ghraib Story because, "we're in a war and the scandal put our boys in jeopardy." .... Like they WEREN'T in jeopardy BEFORE the story broke???? ....... As Al Sweringen would say: "Cocksucker." (Didja happen to notice how Pat's face looks 50 and his neck looks 85??? What's up with that?)
