Secretary Of State Colin Powell requested the U.N send observers for the November 2, 2004 election.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Fidel Castro offer the very same thing back in 2000?

Do yah think Secretary Powell knows something we don't?

Perhaps he didn't appreciate the Appellate Decision handed down in Florida last week regarding PAPER-LESS TOUCH-SCREEN VOTING MACHINES.

I sure as hell KNOW I didn't.

 

SO WHO PROMISED YOU PERFECT?

 

Come November 2, 2004, it would be wise for Senator Kerry to heed the words of the prescient songwriter, Warren Zevon -SEND LAWYERS, GUNS AND MONEY. That's probably what will be necessary in order to assure a FAIR ELECTION in Florida, after an APPELLATE COURT ruled in favor of PAPERLESS Touch-Screen Voting Machines. In the opinion written by an obvious Republican Partisan Hack, "The Court" stated there was NO guarantee for a "Perfect" election.

Fuck a Perfect election! Can't we just have a FAIR election?

Apparently in Florida the answer is a FLAT-OUT NO!

Brother Jeb promised Florida in 2000, and through a host of ILLEGAL and EXTRA-LEGAL maneuvers, delivered what he'd promised. The stage is set for a repeat of the 2000 fiasco that forced the albatross of George W. Bush upon the United States and the World.

This MUST BE STOPPED!!!!

The planet cannot withstand four more years of this brain-damaged regime. And if the 2004 election is stolen, as in 2000, WE ARE ALL in very DEEP SHIT.

 

.....And as Iraq plunges into CIVIL WAR, we see less and less reported in our so-called "News"papers.

And while Muqtada al Sadr, the turbaned leader referred to alternately as: The Firebrand Cleric, the Radical Cleric, an Evil-Doer, and a Dead-Ender (Whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean) calls his followers to rise up against the Infidel Occupation, Mr. Bush et al are on their knees (literally) praying Mr. Sadr is captured or killed real soon. Because the misAdministration knows Mr. Sadr can and will light the fuse under the powder keg. And the last thing Mr. Bush needs at the moment is Iraq going up in flames and spreading throughout the region.

And that is EXACTLY what is going to happen.

Call it Muqtada's August Surprise.

 

And the Criminals in the White House continue to tell us how much safer we are because we invaded Iraq.

After all the Bullshit of the last 3 1/2 Years, anybody who still supports the Bush Regime is either suffering from Mad-Cow Disease (It wastes the brain after all) or is in the top 2% of the Nation's "Haves", and doesn't give a flying fuck about any of the rest of us.

Big Changes are coming, and that's a plain fact. Whether for the better or for the worse remains to be seen.
