Thinning The Gene Pool
or
..... Dubya's Iraq: Darwinian Theory Personified

 

It's been hot the last couple of days. Real hot. The kinda August Feel-The-Burn-Down-in your alveoli heat that has been known to cause the marginally neurotic to make that final shift to batshit insane. And when the thermometer is hovering in the vicinity of 108 in El Lay, it doesn't take much provocation to initiate a car-to car exchange of gunfire.

I will readily admit that every time one of these geniuses manages to kill one of their peers, I applaud the effort. Because in that one single act of idiocy, repeated unfailingly each and every day here in 'Murka, the Greater Good is usually served.

How so, you may ask? Or even, are you condoning murder?

Let me elaborate my position, and then you decide.

First off, the dead guy will no longer be contributing to the gene pool, which, if you ask me, is plenty the fuck polluted as it is. If the dead guy cut the other guy off AND exchanged shots with him, then he qualifies as a Major Asshole in my book (Bears And The Women That Love Them -McGraw/Hill 1999) and won't be missed.

Secondly, the surviving genius will be going bye-bye for twenty-five years, give or take, and his opportunities to further pollute the gene pool will be seriously curtailed.

I see this as a Win-Win situation.

There are far too many stupid, mean-spirited, ignorant, arrogant, lazy fucks, waddling around out there, consuming everything in their path. For every one of these useless assholes who perish or get put away for such idiocy, the planet is spared a hundred-fold, a thousand-fold, more.

.......And speaking of Thinning The Gene Pool.....
I'm flipping through the channels Saturday evening. Mr. Mustachio (AKA Geraldo/Jerry) is interviewing Karl Rove's answer to Cindy Sheehan. Oh My Gawd!!!! It's the Attack of the PRO-WAR MOMS!!!

The "Cindy Doesn't Speak For Me Tour" came to Crawford Saturday. Funny thing is, all the folks I saw interviewed, and all the photos I saw of the "loved ones" fighting over thar in EYE RAQQ, had one thing in common.... Every single one of those Pro-War/Pro Bush pinheads had eyes that were set a little too close together! They all looked like they coulda been Dubya's distant cousins. Pretty Fuckin' spooky!

Here's the bottom line as far as I'm concerned:
If these misguided Pro-War people want to foam at the mouth and wax jingoistic, that's one of their RIGHTS as Americans, and I support that right, unequivocably. And if said people want to contribute their sons and daughters to THE CAUSE, then I salute that too. They may be beer-drinkin', trailer-park livin', illiterate christers, but at least they're puttin' their money where their assho...er mouths are.

And I say good for them. Because in their own small way, totally unbeknownst to them, they are contributing to the future
health of Planet Earth.

My reasoning is thus: If they, the parents, cannot see through the lies of the Bush Administration BY NOW, then they are willfully ignorant, and probably never should have had children to begin with. But by blindly following this corrupt and immoral administration and sacrificing their idiot children for the enrichment of the Owners of Exxon/Halliburton/U.S. of Jesus, they are, in effect, mitigating the damage they inflicted on the the gene pool.
