Desperate
Times
As Mr. Bush's
approval ratings continue to plummet to subterranean levels, it
is a fair bet that Karl Rove will attempt
to pull at least one more gigantic white rabbit from his anal orifice.
Whether or not Rove's chicanery is successful in getting
his sock-puppet a second term (please don't
say re-elected, as anybody paying attention knows in order to be
RE-elected one must have been Elected in the first place) remains
to be seen. The truth of the matter is things
are looking pretty grim for Mr. Bush and his junta (War
Criminals, each and every one)
The smear campaign
against Senator Kerry, a bona fide
War Hero, by the so-called Swift Boat Veterans For Truth is backfiring
on the GOP in a big way. Apparently
they didn't do an adequate job covering their tracks, and the entire
episode is appearing transparent as Saran
Wrap panties. Even
the major media outlets, long-time staunch Bush Supporters are beginning
to cry foul. The stench is THAT profound.
I often look to Mother Nature for
explanation. Take for example the fact that
ANY animal, no matter how docile, when cornered or threatened, reacts
violently. This is the Survival Instinct at its most basic.
Now extrapolate that basic response to the
group of miscreants and thugs squatting in the White House, and
you begin to get an idea of where this is going.
The Bush misAdministration
is facing DESPERATE TIMES,
and desperate times call for desperate measures,
which makes ALL OF US VERY UNSAFE.
Some
predictions:
1. Watch Najef
get bombed to smithereens over the course of the next 72 hours.
This will inevitably lead
to:
2. The Iranians "getting involved"
and the War widening throughout the region.
3. "Threat Levels will be increased,
maybe even hitting the "RED" zone
in certain areas (read likely-to-go
Democratic States), and citizens movements will be sharply
curtailed. We will be told that a Terrist
Attack is "imminent".
4.. The Republican Convention will turn into
a Blood-Fest that will make Chicago '68 look like a Senior's soccer
game. Brown-Shirted GOP "deep"
plants within the legions of Anti-War demonstrators will be the
ones who light the fuse, and the ensuing
pandemonium will be blamed on HOME-GROWN TERRISTS and Kerry/Edwards
supporters.
But will even this
be enough to give the Bush misAdministration a second term?
Personally, I don't
think so. The
Neocons have made an awful lot of enemies over the course of the
last four years, many
of whom reside in High Places.
My feeling is,
if push comes to shove, and there's ANY question
as to the legitimacy of THIS election, the last vote will
be cast by THE MILITARY.
......A few of
the most ignorant Army grunts may love Mr. Bush, but we're talkin'
"young and dumb" here, so they're excused.
But the Top Brass have different sentiments
toward this so-called Commander-In-Chief. THEY see the BIG
PICTURE and will uphold THEIR OATH to protect
the USA against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.
So if Mr. Bush attempts another
coup d'etat, things will end quite
differently for him than they did in 2000. He could easily
find himself in handcuffs, and on a jet headed for a WAR CRIMES
TRIBUNAL at The Hague.
....and I, for one, would applaud.
